Course Objective
This course provides participants with the foundation and basic knowledge of F&B operations. Classes will be interactive with real life examples and hands-on practical experience to equip participants with the necessary skills to work in food establishments as service staff.
For participants who are already in the industry, they can certify their skills with nationally recognized qualifications which will help in their career progression.

This course provides participants an opportunity to gain adequate kitchen related knowledge, skills and exposure. Classes will be interactive with real life examples and hands-on practical experience to equip participants with the necessary skills to work in food establishments as kitchen helper and food preparation assistant.
For participants who are already in the industry, they can certify their skills with nationally recognized qualifications which will help in their career progression.
