Sommelier

Salary Range: $1,700 – $3,000

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels or;
• ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy level 5 or;
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in F&B Service

Job Specifications:

• Selects and procures wines for the restaurant
• Stores wines at the proper temperature
• Maintains wine storage facility and wine serving equipment
• Pairs appropriate wines with food
• Selects the proper glasses for wines
