Sous Chef

Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCE ‘O’ levels or;
• ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy level 5 or;
• WSQ Diploma in Culinary Management and or;
• 5 years working experience in F&B production

Job Specifications:

• Manages and supervises staff in food production
• Co-ordinates production schedules and estimates amount of raw materials required
• Executes menu
• Ensures hygiene standards are maintained

Personal Qualities/Attributes:

• Able to lead and motivate a team
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
