  • Manages and supervises staff in food production
  • Co-ordinates production schedules and estimates amount of raw materials required
  • Executes menu
  • Ensures hygiene standards are maintained

Personal Qualities/Attributes:

  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
