Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Skills and/or;
- 10 or more years of working experience in F&B production
Job Specifications:
- Plans menus
- Plans budget, manages team,
- Prepares financial analysis and reports
- Ensures adherence to regulatory and company policies
