Salary Range: $8,000 – $14,000

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Culinary Skills and/or;
  • 10 or more years of working experience in F&B production

Job Specifications:

  • Plans menus
  • Plans budget, manages team,
  • Prepares financial analysis and reports
  • Ensures adherence to regulatory and company policies

Personal Qualities/Attributes:

  • Creative
  • Able lead and motivate a team
  • Able to train staff
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to manage administrative tasks and food preparation
